About the role

  • Advises and directs the development and maintenance of financial crimes owned policies
  • Produces and oversees independent financial crimes risk management reporting
  • Monitors changes in regulations applicable to Global Financial Crimes
  • Participates in industry forums and monitors regulatory expectations
  • Escalates financial crimes related compliance and operational risks

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years experience
  • Strong understanding of correspondent banking products and services
  • Ability to identify and assess jurisdictional and counterparty risks
  • Practical knowledge of Correspondent Banking Due Diligence (CBDD)
  • Familiarity with transaction monitoring and screening controls
  • Working knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
