About the role
- Advises and directs the development and maintenance of financial crimes owned policies
- Produces and oversees independent financial crimes risk management reporting
- Monitors changes in regulations applicable to Global Financial Crimes
- Participates in industry forums and monitors regulatory expectations
- Escalates financial crimes related compliance and operational risks
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience
- Strong understanding of correspondent banking products and services
- Ability to identify and assess jurisdictional and counterparty risks
- Practical knowledge of Correspondent Banking Due Diligence (CBDD)
- Familiarity with transaction monitoring and screening controls
- Working knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and industry standards
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Strong communication and analytical skills
