About the role
- Your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses.
- Receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams.
- Be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor.
- Help deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care.
- Progress into Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II after demonstrating success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I.
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
