About the role
- Manage a medium to large team of product managers and product owners
- Align resources to support the Claims Client Protection portfolio of projects
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accurate
- Serve as the escalation point of contact for issues or challenges that could obstruct or delay project execution
- Consult with business leaders or subject matter experts to identify operational needs and system requirements to enable business processes
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Product Manager, Product Owner, application support or production support
- 3+ years working with claims project and/or technical teams
- 2+ years of team management and leadership experience
- Agile experience and certification
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel and Word
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience with testing methodologies and tools
