• Provide functional (AMS) support for the AP, AR and GL submodules
• Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of financial incidents, ensuring quality and timely service delivery
• Gather requirements, propose improvements and support enhancements to FI processes
• Execute functional testing, validate end-to-end scenarios and document test evidence
• Interact with global teams and international stakeholders, requiring strong English communication
• Participate in meetings with the Canada team, maintaining alignment and clear status updates on requests.
