• Ensure an exceptional welcome by embodying Bacha Coffee's standards of excellence, delivering a memorable, personalized, and consistent experience.
• Serve as a brand ambassador to our local and international clientele, with particular attention to VIP guests.
• Handle guest feedback, anticipate needs, and resolve issues in coordination with Operational Managers, with tact, speed, and professionalism.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach the front-of-house team, ensuring their well-being, presentation, and performance.
• Co-develop and deliver a continuous training program in collaboration with the Training department to maintain a high level of service.
• Manage the front-of-house team schedules according to guest flow and operational needs.
• Lead regular team meetings to ensure cohesion, motivation, and effective information flow.
• Oversee reservation tools (notably SevenRooms) and ensure smooth guest flow management.
• Work closely with F&B and Retail teams to ensure a seamless, integrated guest experience.
• Provide operational support on the floor: welcome VIPs, streamline arrivals, and manage priorities in real time.
• Assess and anticipate staffing and reception needs during peak periods.
• Ensure daily compliance with standards (grooming, attitude, posture, brand messaging).
• Coordinate private bookings with the Corporate Sales team and oversee the organization and smooth execution of special event receptions.
• Collaborate with the Communications & Marketing team to strengthen the brand's presence with target customer segments.
