Controller

• You will report directly to the Security Controller and provide essential support, advice and guidance to the requisite programs and business.
• As the Deputy Security Controller for Mission Systems, you will be accountable for delivering a broad range of security services and providing a high-level of security services in support of the Security Controller.
• Help implement and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government and company standards as well as develop and deliver security education and awareness programs for staff.
• Manage security clearances (like BPSS and NSV) for new and existing employees and contractors.
• Oversee physical security measures such as access control, CCTV systems, and key management.
• Investigate security breaches, report criminal activity, and work with relevant authorities on incident containment and resolution.
• Conduct internal audits, check supplier compliance, and ensure all security practices align with regulations and contractual requirements.
• Act as a point of contact between the company and government agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders on security matters.
