About the role

  • Lead the development and implementation of mobilisation plans that align with our Capability Development Model
  • Collaborate with a wider team of Resource Mobilisation Managers
  • Support Business Control Managers to ensure robust resource demand planning
  • Collaborate with BU Directors and recruitment teams to optimise resource deployment
  • Contribute to the development of Cavendish Nuclear’s Capability Strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic resource or workforce planning, including sourcing strategy implementation
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business impact
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
