About the role
- Preparation, planning and monitoring of the budget and forecasts, and participation in strategic initiatives
- Support in the analysis and validation of calculation models, including regular adjustment and improvement
- Preparation and monitoring of liquidity planning
- Development of a structured data foundation for automated report generation
- Optimization of cost and performance accounting
- Regular execution of project pre- and post-calculations
- Implementation and further development of monthly reporting and reporting to the management team
- Support in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial professional experience in controlling
- Strong analytical skills, a good affinity for numbers, and an understanding of complex relationships
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Independent and structured working style, entrepreneurial mindset, and reliability
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
