• Manage the individual property insurance needs of our industrial and commercial clients
• Serve as the primary contact in the internal operations team
• Handle contractual matters and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Identify the appropriate property insurance solution for each industry
• Conduct negotiations in the best interest of our clients
• Perform risk analysis, manage tenders/RFPs, handle collections, process claims, draft contracts, and maintain data
• Support our field advisers in preparing and following up on annual review meetings
