About the role

  • Your goal? Book appointments!
  • Use simple acquisition strategies to generate appointments and reach prospects.
  • Conduct short initial calls, qualify prospects, and pass them on when they are a fit.
  • Use pre-qualified leads: Every day you will receive freshly qualified contacts directly in your CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience in acquiring new customers – ideally with proven success in B2B sales
  • Proven track record in pre-qualifying and engaging potential customers
  • Strong communication skills – persuasive, confident in demeanor, and comfortable in negotiations
  • Motivation & goal orientation – you are driven to achieve significant results and are not easily discouraged
  • Independent and structured working style – you can manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
