About the role
- Service direct guests and travel partners for Australia and New Zealand market
- Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, faxes, mail) from travel partners
- Review and act on sales calls and inquiries
- Create selling opportunities based on interactions
- Manage existing bookings including changes and payments
- Keep accurate history of reservations and transactions
- Perform outbound calls for various programs (e.g., Suite Deposit) and handle guest complaints
- Manage shared email inboxes for customer service and bookings
- Attend training and perform other job-related duties as required
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and passionate about customer service
- Experience in sales support
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Experience in making changes to reservations and accepting payments
- Ability to research and provide information for special needs accommodation
- Proficient in using multiple database systems and computer programs
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with loyalty programs and customer service resolution
