About the role

  • Service direct guests and travel partners for Australia and New Zealand market
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, faxes, mail) from travel partners
  • Review and act on sales calls and inquiries
  • Create selling opportunities based on interactions
  • Manage existing bookings including changes and payments
  • Keep accurate history of reservations and transactions
  • Perform outbound calls for various programs (e.g., Suite Deposit) and handle guest complaints
  • Manage shared email inboxes for customer service and bookings
  • Attend training and perform other job-related duties as required

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and passionate about customer service
  • Experience in sales support
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Experience in making changes to reservations and accepting payments
  • Ability to research and provide information for special needs accommodation
  • Proficient in using multiple database systems and computer programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with loyalty programs and customer service resolution
