About the role
- Proficiently read and comprehend construction drawings and plans
- Collaborate closely with Regional and Local team members
- Perform various load calculations
- Design and articulate innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs
- Assist Sales team in preparing accurate quotes for complex projects
- Act as the face of the company during meetings with clients
- Provide comprehensive training and guidance to sales and operations personnel
- Collaborate closely with teammates to develop best practices
- Foster strong relationships with team members
Requirements
- 5 years of extensive HVAC experience
- Expertise in AC engineering/design or applications
- Expertise in electric heat engineering/design or applications
- Expertise in direct/indirect fired heat engineering/design or applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Hold a valid Driver’s License/Maintain a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month
