About the role

  • You know how to translate requirements from standards such as ISO 9001 into practical work processes and implement them
  • You ensure that appropriate methods and procedures for analyzing, optimizing, and monitoring an integrated management system are available and used effectively
  • You are responsible for maintaining and further developing these procedures across the entire company — including organizing suitable training and workshops
  • You detect system deviations early, assess them thoroughly, and derive targeted improvement measures for our management systems
  • Whether quality, environmental, or another management system — you support the entire process from preparation and implementation through to continuous development
  • You evaluate internal audits confidently and, if required, also assist with external audits
  • You assemble a qualified audit team and ensure that professional development is not neglected
  • In conducting internal audits, you apply your knowledge of audit principles, procedures, and techniques deliberately
  • You are also experienced in risk management and use appropriate methods effectively to achieve sustainable process improvements

Requirements

  • You have a degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) computer science, quality management, or a comparable field — alternatively, you hold a relevant vocational qualification
  • You have gained initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001. Knowledge of additional standards — for example in environmental, information security, occupational health & safety, or energy management — is a plus but not required
  • You think analytically, work in a structured way, and maintain an overview even in complex situations
  • You also convince with strong communication skills and the ability to develop solutions together within a team
  • You have very good written and spoken German and good English skills to operate confidently in an international working environment
