About the role
- Build and maintain relationships with talent agencies, management companies, and independent creators.
- Source new creators for upcoming campaigns and maintain an organized database of talent contacts.
- Collaborate with the influencer marketing team to understand campaign needs and match the right creators.
- Coordinate outreach, negotiations, and agreements with talent and agencies.
- Support campaign logistics, including scheduling, deliverables, and approvals.
- Track and report on agency and creator engagement to optimize partnerships.
- Assist in developing creative strategies for influencer partnerships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing agency or talent management, or agency relations.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
- Have a large network of talent agencies and pool of creators & talent
- Have large following on Linkedin (followers + connections) with large network in the Influencer industry
