About the role

  • Lead implementation, support, and evolution projects for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consolidation solutions.
  • Work across all phases of the project lifecycle: from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure alignment with Oracle best practices and clients' business objectives.
  • Maintain frequent client contact and may act as the primary point of contact on certain projects.
  • Organize requirements elicitation, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and initial post-production support.

Requirements

  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close and Oracle Narrative Reporting (EPM), following Oracle best practices:
  • Application setup
  • Ability to create calculations and business rules autonomously
  • Sizing/performance considerations
  • Consolidation processes such as:
  • - Corporate actions
  • - Equity method adjustments
  • - Currency conversion
  • - Intercompany eliminations
  • Creation of narrative reports
  • Security management
  • Familiarity with AI models available in EPM, including those for narrative reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings with business and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to identify functional risks, propose alternative solutions, and adjust scope in a controlled manner
  • Organized and able to produce clear progress reports
  • Commitment to deadlines and quality of deliverables
  • Ability to manage scope changes and control functional impacts during the project
  • Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close and Oracle Narrative Reporting certifications (desirable)
  • Experience with integrations to ERPs or other data sources (desirable)
  • Experience in international projects (desirable)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Oracle EPM projects or equivalent tools (desirable)
