About the role
- Works in all phases of the project lifecycle for Oracle EPM Planning solutions
- Requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support
- Ensures alignment between Oracle best practices and clients' strategic business objectives
- Transforms client needs into well-configured, tested, documented, and implemented functional solutions
- Maintains direct client contact and may act as the primary point of contact
- Organizes and executes all project phases: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and initial support
Requirements
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of Oracle Planning Cloud (EPM), following Oracle best practices:
- - Setup of applications
- - Autonomy in creating calculations and business rules
- - Dimensioning
- - Creation of forms
- - Creation of reports
- - Security management
- - Workflow
- - Knowledge of AI models available in EPM, such as IPM and Generative AI
- Experience leading requirements gathering
- Ability to produce technical and functional documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication, able to conduct meetings with business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to identify functional risks, propose alternative solutions, and adjust scope in a controlled manner
- Organized, able to produce clear progress reports
- Committed to deadlines and delivery quality
- Ability to manage scope changes and control functional impacts during the project
- Oracle Planning certifications (desired)
- Experience with Planning integrations to other EPM modules, ERPs, or other data sources (desired)
- Experience in international projects (desired)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience on Oracle EPM projects or equivalent tools
