About the role

  • Perform comprehensive analysis of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) and indicators of liquidity, leverage, and profitability.
  • Prepare technical reports with concise, objective insights.
  • Support the Onboarding and Relationship teams in interpreting financial statements and preparing credit justifications for insurers.
  • Work in partnership with insurers, responding to inquiries with data and technical clarity.
  • Stay up to date on credit analysis criteria and pricing methodologies in the surety insurance market.
  • Contribute to the team's technical development by delivering training and sharing best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
  • Strong command of financial statement analysis and financial ratios;
  • Solid knowledge of surety insurance and insurers' credit limit assessment criteria (preferred);
  • Ability to prepare technical opinions and financial reports;
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI);
  • Working knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (CPCs) and financial statement structuring;
  • Knowledge of financial analysis automation (AI, scripting, etc.) is a plus;
  • Critical, inquisitive thinking grounded in technical knowledge;
  • Clear communication, especially when explaining complex analyses;
  • Systemic thinking, connecting financial data to the strategic context of both the client and the insurer;
  • Consultative, solution-oriented approach.
