• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for the organization.
• Seek new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization.
• Develop and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization.
• Collaborate globally with Avantor‘s strategic marketing, product portfolio and commercial leaders, members of Avantor’s global communications and brand team, as well as internal agency partners.
• Oversee the strategy, development and execution of integrated marketing communications campaigns, content and programs.
• Accountable for measuring and reporting program results on a routine basis to drive optimization and visibility.
