About the role
- Ensure the smooth processing of vehicle allocation
- Act as the interface between Sales and Logistics
- Coordinate and organize vehicle orders
- Manage and monitor vehicle ordering processes
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Review and maintain vehicle inventory in the system
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to clarify delivery dates and terms
- Prepare reports and analyses to optimize allocation processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, professional experience in a commercial/administrative role
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High customer orientation and team spirit
- Independent and structured way of working
