- Lead and develop a team of program managers

Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management
- 3-5 years in a team leadership role

- Strong business acumen in go-to-market teams & strategy
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience in change management and process definition
- Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
