About the role
- Lead and develop a team of program managers
- Provide guidance, mentor, and upskill to successfully deliver initiatives
- Facilitate conversations with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Ensure portfolio of work includes comprehensive project plans
- Identify cross-portfolio connections, dependencies and risks
- Partner with stakeholders to refine intake requests
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management
- 3-5 years in a team leadership role
- Experience leading go-to-market transformation or growth programs in the technology industry
- Strong business acumen in go-to-market teams & strategy
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience in change management and process definition
- Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
