About the role
- Guide and refine product strategy, vision, and roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers
- Oversee the lifecycle of end-user Workflow Builder applications
- Partner with customers and internal teams to create actionable product plans

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software product management
- At least 3 years in a leadership or group manager role
- Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven expertise in delivering commercially viable software solutions
- Deep understanding of AEC industry workflows
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
