About the role
- Collaborate with the Vice President, GPM to plan and facilitate executive meetings
- Design and guide outcome-oriented strategy meetings and workshops
- Assist in setting priorities and defining yearly goals
- Help lead the annual budget and planning process for GPM
- Lead and manage cross-functional GPM projects/programs
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of GPM initiatives
- Identify and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive operational efficiency within the GPM team
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in leading large programs
- Prior experience in a large global environment, preferably in the Tech industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, marketing, business administration, or related field
- Strong strategic thinking
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to handle business sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills
