About the role
- Work hands-on with the development and training of cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms
- Leverage user behavior and industry trends to deliver highly personalized recommendations
- Design and experiment with models and build and deploy them into real-world systems
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated mentor and the team to align on machine learning initiatives
- Research advancements by reviewing academic papers and analyzing competitive software to inform work
- Translate insights from machine learning models into clear, actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time in a PhD program with an expected graduation date in 2026 or 2027
- Academic focus in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience with Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments
- Strong project management and communication skills.
