About the role
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, KPIs, and SLAs while driving service quality and improvements.
- Own end-to-end program and project delivery, including governance, risk management, and recovery situations.
- Lead stakeholder engagements and regular program reviews covering delivery, quality, and performance.
- Manage program budgets, resources, capacity planning, and multi-workstream reporting.
- Coach and mentor teams while continuously improving delivery standards and methodologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in service delivery and/or program management within large IT environments.
- Strong contractual, commercial, and technical delivery background.
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, IPMA, PMP, or similar); SCRUM Master is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- EU nationality and based in Belgium.
- Fluent English and French or Dutch.
