About the role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO-level stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities and translating them into actionable data & AI initiatives.
  • Set up and manage delivery engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Identify new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and contribute to proposal development and pre-sales activities.
  • Lead workshops and strategy sessions to define transformation roadmaps and data-driven business models.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams through the design and implementation of scalable data & AI solutions.
  • Support clients in adopting new ways of working, fostering a data-driven culture through communication and training.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, AI, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience in digital transformation consulting, with a strong focus on data, analytics, and AI.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and leading delivery engagements.
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify and shape new business opportunities.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and experience with frameworks like design thinking, agile, and ADKAR.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Azure, Databricks, Python, or XAI tooling is a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch and full working proficiency in English.
