About the role

  • Define and lead automation and AI strategy at an enterprise scale
  • Partner with business leaders and global architecture teams to design automation ecosystems
  • Set technical direction and introduce emerging AI capabilities
  • Guide enterprise-wide initiatives and mentor delivery teams
  • Explore and implement latest advancements in automation architecture

Requirements

  • Expertise in automation platforms and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, ServiceNow Orchestration, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML and LLM technologies (Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, custom LLM modelling, prompt engineering)
  • Experience integrating automation with enterprise applications and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Knowledge of APIs, scripting (Python, PowerShell, YAML), and automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM and DevOps/Agile principles
