About the role

  • This is a builder’s role. You’ll take ownership across sales, brand, and team leadership, with a mandate to grow revenue and define our go-to-market playbook — starting with ATLAS, and later helping launch other ventures in the studio.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, outbound, discovery, proposal, and closing.
  • Conduct sales calls with founders, VPs, and senior decision-makers in B2B.
  • Hit (and help define) revenue and pipeline goals with full autonomy.
  • Build the Sales Function: Hire, onboard, and coach the next generation of closers and SDRs.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks and frameworks for pipeline growth.
  • Create a feedback loop between sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Brand & Media-Driven Selling: Build your personal brand online as a sales leader (LinkedIn, podcast/video interviews, etc.).
  • Help shape our media efforts to attract, nurture, and convert ideal clients.
  • Run outbound campaigns and co-host events to drive awareness and inbound interest.
  • Studio-Level Impact: Collaborate with the founders across multiple portfolio ventures.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and client acquisition for new studio projects.
  • Take part in venture-building from the inside — with real upside for what you help create.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally with a focus on outbound.
  • Proven ability to close deals, manage a pipeline, and run discovery calls with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing or coaching SDRs/BDRs and building sales systems.
  • Strong grasp of cold outreach, LinkedIn, video, and objection handling.
  • Structured, strategic thinker with a bias toward action and ownership.
  • Excellent communicator — direct, clear, and not afraid of tough conversations.
  • Bonus: Familiar with automation tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement software.
  • Bonus: Experience with entrepreneurship, early-stage startups, or venture building.
