About the role

  • You'll operate as the right hand to the founders, and eventually step into the “Integrator” seat.
  • Run the business day-to-day: strategy, execution, optimization.
  • Lead a global team across sales, operations, data, and growth.
  • Own the machine: workflows, reporting, tools, accountability.
  • Drive retention, customer success, and scale delivery systems.
  • Own the P&L and operational roadmap.
  • Think and act like a co-founder. Not a cog. A captain.

Requirements

  • Track Record of Leadership – You’ve led teams or ventures, whether in startups, growth roles, or scrappy side projects.
  • Comfort with Uncertainty – You thrive in fast-moving environments and are energized by open-ended challenges.
  • Builder’s Bias – You’re a generalist with a bias toward action. When something’s broken, you don’t complain—you fix it.
  • Strong Operational Instincts – You're systems-oriented, know how to optimize workflows, and can manage day-to-day execution without hand-holding.
  • Startup Skillset – You bring solid capabilities in at least one key area: sales, operations, product, marketing, or tech.
  • Effective Communicator – You’re clear, direct, and unafraid to have the tough conversations.
  • Rational & Decisive – You make smart decisions based on data and sound judgment—not just gut feel.
  • Coachable & Curious – You want to grow. You listen, ask good questions, and apply feedback quickly.
