About the role

  • Lead and manage strategic pursuits end to end including; Bid Strategy & Planning, Capture Management, Proposal Development, Team Leadership & Coordination, Governance & Compliance, Post-Submission Activities
  • Lead the development of best-in-class proposal submissions through adoption of best practices and processes
  • Implement best in class approaches and tools (including generative AI) for compelling and compliant written content
  • Identify and implement actions to continuously improve proposal delivery
  • Work with the Growth Office for new training and guidance materials

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven end to end Bid & Proposal Management experience in the engineering, construction, or professional services sectors
  • A strong track record of managing and delivering high-value proposals
  • An understanding of professional Services projects and terminology
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Potential to craft a clear, compelling, and persuasive narrative involving generative AI writing tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail for compliance and high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborative and motivating leadership style with strong working relationships
