About the role

  • Working with Key Account Managers and their account teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s priority needs
  • Undertake independent research and engage internal networks to source information about competitor organisations
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to review AtkinsRéalis’ capability
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner organisations to develop and articulate differentiated value propositions
  • Support account teams to test value propositions and commercial arrangements with key client stakeholders
  • Work with marketing teams to develop strategies for raising client stakeholders’ awareness
  • Document all relevant information, assumptions, decisions, and outputs during the capture phase
  • Ensure the appointed Proposal Manager is briefed on our value proposition

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in the development and execution of winning capture strategies on major pursuits
  • An understanding of engineering projects and terminology
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to craft a clear, compelling, and persuasive narrative
  • A collaborative and motivating leadership style
