About the role
- Working with Key Account Managers and their account teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the client’s priority needs
- Undertake independent research and engage internal networks to source information about competitor organisations
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to review AtkinsRéalis’ capability
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner organisations to develop and articulate differentiated value propositions
- Support account teams to test value propositions and commercial arrangements with key client stakeholders
- Work with marketing teams to develop strategies for raising client stakeholders’ awareness
- Document all relevant information, assumptions, decisions, and outputs during the capture phase
- Ensure the appointed Proposal Manager is briefed on our value proposition
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in the development and execution of winning capture strategies on major pursuits
- An understanding of engineering projects and terminology
- Excellent project management skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to craft a clear, compelling, and persuasive narrative
- A collaborative and motivating leadership style
