• To drive the overall integrated P6 programme.
• To liaise with Project Managers to maintain programme schedules and provide hierarchical performance reporting.
• To correlate schedule, cost and risk assessments to inform decision-making and lead on "what-if" scenario planning.
• To provide detailed analysis of contractors’ programmes.
• To lead on integrating scheduling across all projects within your remit.
• To support the Project Controls Manager and lead on contractor requirements, working with delivery and procurement teams.
• To collaborate with project delivery teams, specialist client directorates and external stakeholders.
• To proactively drive continuous improvement and provide specialist advice.
