About the role
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Evaluate industry dynamics, demonstrating a strong understanding of business economics, income statements, and balance sheets
- Develop strategic initiatives and business plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify growth opportunities, drive business model innovation, and facilitate cross-business unit initiatives
- Leverage standard strategy frameworks, integrating both financial and strategic analysis
- Identify opportunities to drive postpaid wireless subscriber net additions through innovative acquisition and retention initiatives
- Deliver in-depth analysis and insights to support leadership’s strategic decisions
- Build financial models and forecasts to assess the impact of new initiatives and business opportunities
- Distill complex problems into clear, actionable conclusions
- Partner with internal stakeholders—including senior leadership, business units, and functional teams—to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives
- Prepare presentation materials for leadership approval and effectively communicate recommendations and findings
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide timely competitive intelligence
- Contribute to negotiations by supporting the development of principal terms and conditions for key transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience required
- Certification may be required in some areas.
