About the role
- Coach and manage employee performance and behavior.
- Develop the training strategy.
- Monitor costs to meet financial goals.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines in handling personnel.
- Interface with customers through face-to-face and/or telephone interactions.
- Duties include interviewing/hiring/firing along with submitting performance appraisal for supervisors.
- Monitors costs and workload.
- Administers and oversees company safety practices, and vehicle and tool inventory.
- Establish, implement and monitor adherence to methods, processes and procedures.
- Manage employee attendance.
- Oversee activities and scheduling of frontline workers.
- Ensures all functions are performed correctly to meet customer expectations.
- Responsible for ensuring Efficiency/Productivity and Utilization targets are met.
- Handle customer escalation for 24-hour customer answer points.
- Train, evaluate and manage performance evaluations of direct reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of network related technical experience, some of which was in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent related network experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA), technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience required.
