About the role

  • Main contact in all technical related exchanges in between defined customers and functions within the AT&S group.
  • Ensure daily business as well as recognize, identify and communicate technical trends and needs, potentially outside of AT&S current scope.
  • Leading technical initiatives and projects as well as representation of the AT&S group towards the market, specifically for dedicated accounts as well as generic events.
  • Understand, collect and maintain technical feature and system demands from dedicated customers as well as potentially market overall.
  • Prelim feasibility checks, plant allocation, calculations as well as identification of potential cost savings.

Requirements

  • Expertise in electronics manufacturing of advantage.
  • Willingness to work with external customers and to represent AT&S interests accordingly.
  • Customer and market orientation with the ability to recognize future trends and relationships.
  • English speaking and writing.
  • Willingness to participate and lead technical exchange with international partners (internal and external).
  • Team-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Capability and motivation to negotiate on technical solutions.
  • Social competencies in interaction with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Leading of technical projects and initiatives within the AT&S Group.
  • Project management.
