About the role
- Manage defined geographic territory and exceed assigned revenue expectations
- Gain hands-on education with innovative laser technology
- Build relationships with private practice and medical spa providers
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company values
- Grow Astanza’s install base in the region
- Travel of 75% or less, driving throughout assigned territory
- Generate leads through cold-calling and meetings
- Negotiate sales and manage funding within company policies
Requirements
- 5-10+ years selling capital equipment, preferably in the aesthetics/laser industry
- Top 20% performer. President’s Club–level results preferred.
- Demonstrated/proven track record of exceeding quota with complex sales cycles including multiple touch points with multiple influencers and decision makers
- Territory familiarity, ruthless time management, pipeline hygiene
- High volume lead generation in the field
- Mastery of the industry and business challenges prospective customers face
- Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
