- Managing Service Delivery within respective region
- Analyzing the performance of the Region

- Responsible for budgets, productivity goals and process improvement goals

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in vendor management and on-site service delivery
- Very strong communication skills
- Prior fiduciary and/or P&L responsibilities
- High level of experience in MS Excel, MS Access or other similar tools
- Prior experience in managing workgroups
- Experience in process improvement and project management
