About the role
- Develop risk maps identifying potential abuse/mistreatment risks across the division's services
- Assess the risk of abuse/mistreatment for each service
- Report findings and identify priority preventive actions to be implemented
- Support continuous quality improvement within the division
Requirements
- Master's-level student (4th/5th year) in one of the following fields: Quality/Risk Management, Management of medico-social establishments and services, Project Management, or Audit
- Good knowledge of the medico-social sector (health and social care)
- Interest in continuous improvement and participatory approaches
- Comfortable with IT tools (knowledge of the AGEVAL software is an asset)
- Ability to facilitate working groups and to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Rigour, analytical mindset, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills
