About the role

  • Drive revenue growth across EMEA through expansion with existing customers and acquisition of new enterprise accounts.
  • Plan, prospect, and qualify target markets to build a strong pipeline of complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle — from account planning and stakeholder mapping to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning RFP/RFI responses and high-impact commercial proposals.
  • Build and present compelling value propositions and ROI justifications to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strengthen strategic relationships with customers, partners, and industry leaders to drive long-term growth.
  • Represent the company at key aviation events to enhance visibility and market presence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in complex enterprise sales, ideally within aviation, transportation, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in leading regional sales efforts and consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations and influence senior decision-makers at the executive level.
  • Deep understanding of long-cycle enterprise sales, including solution selling and consultative approaches.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent Assaia at the highest levels.
  • Fluent in English, ideally German; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Arabic are a plus.
  • Ability and willingness for frequent travel across the EMEA region.
  • Located within the European Union.
