Content Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute the brand and content strategy to support Aspire’s hospitality GTM objectives.
• Align content and brand campaigns with product launches, lead generation initiatives, and customer engagement goals.
• Collaborate across marketing to ensure content supports all campaigns and GTM motions.
• Manage the creation, review, and publishing of all content types — including ebooks, lead magnets, blogs, PR articles, email campaigns, case studies, website copy, and social media posts.
• Work with freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand tone and product accuracy in every asset.
• Maintain cohesive brand messaging and visual standards across all channels.
• Plan and execute brand-driven campaigns — including product GTMs, webinars, customer storytelling, and partnership initiatives.
• Coordinate campaign assets, ensure on-time execution, and oversee distribution through HubSpot and other channels.
• Champion innovation and experimentation in campaign execution, exploring AI-generated content, automation, and emerging formats.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot Marketing Hub, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools (such as Looker Studio or Power BI).
• Present post-campaign insights with actionable recommendations to improve engagement and ROI.
• Track and optimize content performance metrics to guide future strategy.
