About the role
- Provide front-line technical support to customers using WiSys software.
- Troubleshoot issues related to SAP Business One and Macola ERP systems.
- Use SQL Server Management Studio to query databases, and analyze data.
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot Crystal Reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or support ticketing system.
- Document support cases, resolutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, QA, implementation) to resolve complex issues.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new users.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Previous Experience working with a WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Previous experience in a technical support desk or helpdesk environment.
- Experience with SAP Business One ERP and/or Macola ERP or other ERP.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to write and troubleshoot SQL syntax.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Experience with Crystal Reports development and support.
