About the role

  • Provide front-line technical support to customers using WiSys software.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to SAP Business One and Macola ERP systems.
  • Use SQL Server Management Studio to query databases, and analyze data.
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot Crystal Reports.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or support ticketing system.
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, QA, implementation) to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of new users.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience working with a WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Previous experience in a technical support desk or helpdesk environment.
  • Experience with SAP Business One ERP and/or Macola ERP or other ERP.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to write and troubleshoot SQL syntax.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
  • Experience with Crystal Reports development and support.
