About the role

  • Conduct sales meetings with customers and prospects to close new business;
  • Act as a product and solutions specialist for Asaas;
  • Monitor usage of contracted products and offer higher‑value solutions to increase customer retention and revenue;
  • Create and implement sales strategies to maximize results and explore new market areas;
  • Map the territory of operation, identifying segments, opportunities, and potential deals;
  • Propose improvements to processes and solutions for clients in collaboration with other company teams;
  • Represent the product and service portfolio, from prospecting new opportunities to maintaining the existing portfolio;
  • Represent Asaas by delivering presentations and pitches at events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business, Administration, Information Technology, or related fields;
  • Experience in sales, active prospecting, and building relationships with strategic‑level stakeholders;
  • Experience selling technology solutions, e‑commerce, online services, or payment solutions;
  • Intermediate English;
  • Understanding of digital platforms and SaaS platforms;
  • Experience working with technology companies and/or startups;
  • Experience with HubSpot
