About the role
- Manage technical and non-technical administration and maintenance of Arthrex’s global LMS
- Support users, provide technical support, troubleshoot employee, training, and system issues
- Create, upload, organize, and maintain training content, courses, and learning materials
- Create course registrations and track attendance; monitor training completion and learning metrics
- Generate routine and ad hoc learning reports for internal stakeholders
- Partner with departments to create and deliver online and instructor-led training and curricula
- Support LMS-related Quality Management System (QMS) training and ensure compliance with legal and company standards
- Support digital learning and organizational development applications and other L&D projects
- Create system guides and documentation; assist with learning team email inbox and related tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Learning Design and Technology, Business, Computer Science or similar
- Technical certifications or professional development related to LMS administration, instructional design, or similar a plus
- Previous experience working with a learning management system preferred (e.g., SuccessFactors LMS)
- Experience working with a Document Management System or Quality Management System preferred
- Basic knowledge and skills in managing learning systems and eLearning content authoring tools preferred
- Experience with SuccessFactors People Analytics or Plateau Report Designer is a plus
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- Strong business communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
- Ability to function effectively as a primary contact with internal stakeholders with guidance from more senior staff
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks/projects on time with guidance from more senior staff
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work comfortably at various levels within the organization with guidance from more senior staff
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
