About the role
- Driving sales of the complete Extremities & Trauma portfolio within your designated territory.
- Maintain a high level of technical and clinical knowledge to support both internal and external customers.
- Conduct ongoing training on the company’s Extremities & Trauma products for both internal and external customers.
- Assist in the organization and execution of cadaveric workshops for surgeons and theatre personnel.
- Regularly attend theatres to support theatre teams and surgeons in the use of Arthrex products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in one of the bio-medical sciences or related field e.g. qualified Physiotherapist or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Theatres and specifically within Orthopaedics is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills to communicate at varying levels with multiple stakeholders across the business and within hospital accounts.
- Ability to develop training materials and provide comprehensive teaching is necessary.
