About the role

  • Driving sales of the complete Extremities & Trauma portfolio within your designated territory.
  • Maintain a high level of technical and clinical knowledge to support both internal and external customers.
  • Conduct ongoing training on the company’s Extremities & Trauma products for both internal and external customers.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of cadaveric workshops for surgeons and theatre personnel.
  • Regularly attend theatres to support theatre teams and surgeons in the use of Arthrex products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in one of the bio-medical sciences or related field e.g. qualified Physiotherapist or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Theatres and specifically within Orthopaedics is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills to communicate at varying levels with multiple stakeholders across the business and within hospital accounts.
  • Ability to develop training materials and provide comprehensive teaching is necessary.
