About the role

  • Prospect and identify new sales opportunities, measuring opportunity size (potential revenue, volume, value proposition, implementation time, etc.)
  • Participate in weekly S&OP meetings, providing inputs from the portfolio, project pipeline, etc.
  • Prepare and submit a weekly report of activities performed
  • Schedule and participate in industrial trials, periodic visits, meetings and evaluation of application systems (checklist) for all current and prospective customers
  • Visit customers representing the company
  • Assist in building medium- and long-term sales plans (5-year plan)
  • Contribute new ideas for the generation of new products
  • Internalize needs and trends in the fertilizers, seeds, agrochemicals, and biostimulants markets to feed our intelligence base and generate new development projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Agronomy, Chemistry, or related fields
  • Advanced English
  • Proven sales experience in companies within the chemical, fertilizer, or agrochemical segments, preferably with experience selling to agricultural customers
