About the role
- Present products to distributors and installers; attend trade shows and events to showcase solutions
- Set up product displays and demonstrations to attract and engage potential customers
- Identify and develop new clients, maximizing customer potential in your region
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Customer support in the sales process of our devices
- Installer support/training in selecting the right solutions/devices.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with professional channels
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring timely payments and adherence to budget targets
- Prepare reports, maintain client data, and share commercial insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in heating appliances (boilers, water heaters, air conditioners)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain dynamics
- Proven success in complex sales environments with both business and technical buyers
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned area
- Intermediate English proficiency.
