About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruitment (job requisition through offer and onboarding) for a variety of roles (technical, commercial, creative) across the business.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, define selection criteria and drive employer brand positioning.
- Utilise and enhance recruitment tools and technologies — including AI-enabled sourcing, screening and talent-pooling techniques — to increase speed, quality and efficiency.
- Build, maintain and proactively engage talent pipelines for current and future head-counts; anticipate market and skill-set trends.
- Drive candidate engagement and deliver an outstanding experience through timely communication, feedback and great storytelling of Aristocrat’s culture and mission.
- Support compliance with employment legislation, diversity & inclusion policies, and global hiring standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of ~5 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, global organisation.
- Shown strength in sourcing diverse talent across multiple fields (technical, creative, commercial).
- Fluent Polish speaker and strong English communication skills.
- Experience using AI or data-driven recruitment tools and a strong curiosity to explore and optimise these tools in new ways.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills — able to work with business leaders and HR partners with confidence and credibility.
- Comfortable defining, tracking and analysing recruitment metrics to draw insights and drive improvements.
- A proactive, flexible and entrepreneurial approach; comfortable working in an international, evolving environment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion; ability to embed inclusive hiring practices across the recruitment lifecycle.
