About the role

  • You will work as a Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) on demanding IT infrastructure projects, helping our clients design digital systems that are stable, secure and scalable.
  • You will contribute to the design and further development of infrastructure-related products and services – for example in areas such as cloud, platform engineering or on-premise infrastructures.
  • You will support the entire product lifecycle: from gathering requirements through backlog maintenance and prioritization to implementation and release support.
  • You will work closely with engineering, operations and security teams to ensure technical and functional requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
  • You will assist in creating and maintaining roadmaps, user stories and technical specifications and ensure deliverables are implemented to a high standard.
  • You will bring your experience in cloud-native and hybrid environments and help continuously optimize products and services.
  • You will work closely with our clients – remotely, hybrid or on-site – and act as a reliable point of contact in day-to-day project work.
  • You will maintain a network of technology and service partners and help integrate best practices and new solutions into projects.

Requirements

  • Professional experience: You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager – ideally in platform engineering, cloud platforms or complex on-premise infrastructures.
  • User empathy: You understand the needs of developers and IT operators and have at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with IT infrastructures – e.g., as a software engineer, IT administrator, SRE or Product Owner.
  • Technical understanding: You have a deep understanding of platform engineering and cloud-native concepts such as Kubernetes, service mesh or GitOps.
  • Security orientation: You are comfortable with security & compliance while simultaneously optimizing the developer experience.
  • Agile mindset: You are proficient in applying Scrum or SAFe. You prioritize outcome over output and focus on continuous value delivery.
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently in English – both written and spoken. German is a plus.
