About the role
- Own the full cycle sales process including generating new cold leads
- Using and maintaining HubSpot for pipeline and outbound activities
- Hit or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build relationships with prospects, up to the C-level to create long term customers that will grow over time
- Collaborate with our Product and Account Management teams to foster the transition from sales to client Implementation
- Be an expert at articulating the Arionkoder difference and value
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling tech professional services
- Self-starter that takes bold initiative
- Clear and concise communicator and presenter
- Experience managing deals through the full cycle sales
- Success outbound prospecting
- Experience with deals sized $150k - $3M
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Collaborative and competitive - you want to win but know that it’s sweeter to win as a team
- Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot, Experience at fast growing companies, Experience selling Staff Augmentation
