About the role
- Create daily and shift schedules in coordination with the F&B Assistant
- Support our F&B Assistant with personnel management
- Onboard and train new sales staff
- Supervise sales apprentices
- Contribute to the optimization of workflows
- Work in sales, from merchandise presentation to sales activities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints via the POS/cash register systems
- Order merchandise and conduct inventories
- Implement measures to improve quality and increase sales
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a retail salesperson, sales assistant, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally previous experience as a shift supervisor in retail, restaurants, hospitality, or a similar role (career changers are also welcome)
- Ideally some initial experience in staff leadership
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
