About the role
- Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of Aurora Protect and Aurora Focus solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers, guiding them through deployments and serving as a technical escalation point
- Configure and tune security rules to support effective threat detection
- Monitor system dashboards and escalate irregularities to senior team members
- Contribute to scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell
- Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, such as setup guides and FAQs
- Share client feedback with project leads and participate in continuous learning sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience (advanced degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles (e.g., Security Engineer, Consultant, SOC Analyst, or Endpoint Security Administrator)
- Basic knowledge of endpoint security tools and threat detection concepts
- Exposure to scripting (Python, PowerShell) and willingness to grow these skills
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and terminology
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
